I dunno, I never heard of this before. When it happened it was a bit scary.
Well, I only slept 5 hrs in 3 days. Midterm is today's afternoon and just too much to remember...And i'm abusing the adderall so that I can go without sleep and study.
It was 2am when I was already feeling a bit lightheaded and tired. After I took another dose of adderall, I felt weird. I had shortness of breath, pain in my right hand, tinglings in my hands and feet and dizziness. Thx God it was the right hand. I would panick more if it's the left hand. Kept checking my ankles to see if they were swollen. Didn't seem like a heart attack, i'm 22. I found info about panic disorder online.
But it was scary. I thought something bad was gonna happen. I was thinking if i just died before I stayed up studying for some stupid exam it would be lame. After a while it got better. Still I could feel the tightness of my chest.
Will this panic disorder a one time thing or it will come back?
is it related to general anxiety disorder?
I can tell I have mild depression, some social anxiety and general anxiety. My doctor could tell too. My chief complaint is that my brain feels empty. I can't remember much. I have ADHD but i'm not talkative. Because my brain feels empty I just don't know what to say. And then self esteem goes down and feel like I have social anxiety. But he was not doing anything about it. I kept complaining the adderall only helped my attentiveness a bit. My brain is still not functioning. He keeps my adderall. He recommends an excercise program.
