Hello,

I'm new to the group......and I have a problem with anxiety and distractions and my driving....it cost me a driving exam today and I'm just unsure of how to deal with it all.

How do you all tune out all the distractions and keep your focus on the road and stay calm? Can anyone offer advice on how I can deal with distractions and anxiety with driving and how to overcome it all? My biggest fear is that I won't be able to overcome it all.
