I was recently prescribed Lexapro 10mg to help with GAD. Seems this may be the cause of my ADD/ADHD. I was given some samples from my cardiologist because I have been expereinceing spikes in my blood pressure and he feels it may be because of stress + anxiety.

Long story short, I am not on any ADD meds at this time (tried Concerta, Adderall, Abilify) and I am experienceing some discomfort. Ringing in my ears, nausea are at the top. I will say that this med is working as I am not expereincing any anxiety or worry. Love this, almost like a huge weight has lifted off my shoulders. However, I hate the fact that I am incredibly lazy after work now and am always tired. What to do?

I am a past user of Lexapro and loved it too, I also have ADHD and GAD.
As for your side effects, usually they fade away, but you should mention them all to your doctor. You never know when a side effect is a sign of incompatibility with the med or if it's just a normal transition phase in your body, and I'd never venture to guess.
