Man, I just had to ask everyone is I am the only one who thinks Adderall is the best drug ever made? I mean, damn, I am a pretty happy guy without the stuff, but when I take it I am so brave, and I can read and remember everything.

When I read something motivating - it actually motivates me! I want to get up and GO! When I dont take Adderall or Ritalin, I'll be damned if my motivation / inspiration / drive / and ambition isnt forced.

I make myself do things, which is great because I have developed some great self discipline when I apply myself. But, To people without ADD - damn you got it made guys. If you feel how I feel when I am on Adderall - then there is no excuse for you to succedd in life.

I am an entrepreneur, and taking this stuff makes my entire day so much easier to get through. I mean I will wake up, take my adderall and have breakfast. Then, BAM I am ready to work. No hesitation, no negative thinking, no lagging or getting side tracked.

Focused like a laserbeam! I can organize thoughts in my mind without even writing them down. I can remember things, I speak more articulated, and I am more confident - not to mention more ballsy which equals more money in my business.

For those of you who think ADD isnt real - you are FOOLS. ADD IS REAL - just try using my brain for a day. You will be amazed at how smart I am, how much I have read, and how much I know - but to bad you wont know how to use any of it because you cannot focus!

Anyone else agree?

Gunpowder, Turpentine
Dynamite with a laser beam
Guaranteed to blow your mind
Anytime

So does Adderall give you any downsides at all, or has it been mostly a positive drug for you?

I take Concerta but I know what you mean -- the first time I realized how much easier it was for most folks -- I dumped a huge load of guilt and gave myself a pat on the back for all I'd accomplished.

I'm glad it's working for you!:) I encourage you to read and learn about your ADHD and what kinds of stategies, structures and so forth can help solidify your gains. Otherwise there can be a bit of a falling off, even though most people do not develop a tolerance.

so I took adderall for awhile and felt the same way. Except for I think I got a little too "ballsy". I drove across the U.S. to get my ex. back (spurr of the moment), my parents thought I had a manic episode. I don't know if I did or not, but things crashed with my boyfriend and afterwards I went into a deep depression. So maybe it was mania. I am on metadate now, but adderall made me feel so hyped and stoked to learn and read and remember and excell. Man, I loved it. but the risks it caused me to take didn't help. metadate is a little better, but i don't seem to be as productive.
