How many of you wake up with ur heart pounding ur cheast what did it take to fix that. This is bs everynight is when it pounds the harderest when i wake up still have them.

I guess the lorzapam is stopping them which is great sorry for the qustion though i was kinda curious if other aniexty sufferies did get that sytpom or just me.

I get these myself and theres nothing worse. For me it has to be the scariest part of anxiety. I'm only after having an attack and my heart is still jumping about in there.
