Ok, how exactly do the doctors determine your adderall dosage?

Is it at all body weight related or is it just according to the strength of your adhd? Or something else?

It's not related to body weight or even strength of ADHD. It's all related to what dosage works best for each individual person.

Doctors should start with a very low dose and gradually increase as needed (ie: as ADHD traits decrease). This is to figure out the person's "optimal dose". Each person has their own "optimal dose" - which refers to the dose that works best for that one person.
