Do any of you guys ever second guess yourself on something you were absolutely sure about at first because of what someone else say's. I was at vo-tech today Im in a heating and air class. We were having a trouble shooting contest and I found the problem. There was no fuse in the system and the guy said "nope sorry you lost." but he was just messing around with me and you know what I actually beleived him for a moment and it frozed my mind up because I got so confused.

Yeah, like we've mentioned in other threads - other people can make us doubt our own sanity by telling us we said something we didn't or did something we didn't!

I always second guess myself because I'm used to remembering "incorrectly!"

maybe we second guess ourselves from doing the usual stupid stuff like forget things or stop us from saying things that are stupid

kinda as a self monitoring thing, suppose the downside of this is that it could lead to low self esteem

I second guess anything and everything. My own abilities, what other people think of me, is something I said sounded right, if what I believe is "right", basically everything.

Lately I have been going insane jumping from task to task completing nothing. It fuc**** blows. I that I do this too, but I dont know how to stop. I thought it was a lack of confidence in myself at first, but now I see its probably some ADD too.

When I take adderall I just "do it". I dont think "can I", instead I just say "im gonna do that" and do it. Normals are lucky to be like this at all times.
