I'm not sure if this would belong in the "Peer Coaching" part but what do y'all think of something like a "weekly/daily challenges" forum where each member can start a thread (or maybe a new thread every week for everybody?) and state the date and what they would like to have done by the end of the day/week/month etc. because having other people knowing about it tends to motivate people more, plus it's always good to share the joy of having achieved something.

And if you don't manage it, then maybe others have ideas on how to get it done stress-free?

What do you think of this idea and which format would you prefer?

Not entirely sure what you mean here, Sc@atterbr@ain, sorry I'm not getting it...

Is this essentially a format for posting one's own personal goals that you are proposing?

Yeah pretty much, sorry for not making it clear!

No, it's probably my fault for not understanding properly :D

If I understand correctly, you would like to have a member who posts a thread, to include a date, as a goal to have the thread answered/completed?

You can set a data of closure in Polls, but not threads. This kind of "end date" would have to be typed into the message that's posted.

Yes, this what the peer coaching section has been set up for.
