Hello All,
I have behaviors (symptoms?) very similar to my understanding of what Adult ADD entails. They are adversely affecting my career and marriage. I am not sure what to do next. Do I need to go to a doctor? Any advice at all would be helpful.

Welcome to the forums! :)

I think it would be a good idea to find someone who'll be able to diagnos you, and if it turns out you do have ADHD you will be able to get it treated.

Try to locate a diagnostician who has experience with AD/HD.

I would suggest a good psychiatrist who specializes in ADHD. Good Luck!
