I have my 1st appt. today. I have no idea who this guy is, I just picked somebody from my PPO.

I'm so nervous!!!! I don't like asking for help or admitting my short comings, any advice?:confused:

Your doctor has dealth with MUCH worse than whatever you are bringing to him. I am sure he has had children cuss at him, parents call him crazy, and much much worse. Just be upfront Leo. The doctor dosnt have time to judge people - he deals with to many each day. Not to sound insensitive or anything, but to him your just another pebble on the beach. He sees thousands of new people each year, each have a different problem.

I wish you the best of luck. I was a little nervous when I first went to my psychiatrist. You know, telling a stranger what's bothering you...Come to find out the guy that I was put with was really nice and so very understanding. Now I can't wait to go see him again. I hope you have the same results.;)
