I just had a question about the "alternative" meds like Becalm'd, Focus, and Attend. Has anyone ever taken these, and if any of you have, did they work for you in any way? i would really like to know if i should try these natural meds.

Focus

I have never tried any of these, back when I was diagnosis Adult ADD wasn't acknowledge by very many physicians, the general public has hear little or nothing about it!

I was lucky in finding the only doctor in west Texas that not only had heard of adult ADD he believed this to be feasible and treatable!

I have heard focus factor was a rip off..... here are the hyperlinks them selves

Focus factor (http://www.addforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2103&highlight=Focus+factor)

beCALM'd Marketing (http://www.addforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4561)

Hope this helps--by the way

It's worth a try, but I have tried practically every natural cure and they didn't work. Maybe if you have a very mild case of ADD, you'll see an improvement...

But overall, prescription medications are usually most effective.
