I've always been resistant to medicines. It always takes a little more to have any effect on me. I tried adderall. We started at 10 and increased up to 40 over about a month. Didn't get anything from it.

Switched to concerta and have been on 36mg for about 2 weeks. Still not feeling anything. We'll probably try increasing the dosage to see if that helps.

If it doesn't, I'm wondering what's next on the list? Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what have you found, if anything?

Really nothing at all? Not even a littlebit of effect?

Straterra, maybe?

Does your doc have any suggestions?

Not a thing. I have no idea what I'm supposed to notice, but I'd think I should feel something.

My doc and I are going to talk next week, but I was just wondering if anyone has dealt with anything like this.

I have had some really good results so far with the new Focalin. It's like Ritalin, but almost as strong as ADDerall, and none of the side effects. The adderall side effects were kicking my butt.
