About a week ago, I began taking a standard multi-vitamin...now, I feel like the concerta is working much better...if anything, it feels like the dosage is too high?!

Has anyone had a similar experience or is aware of where I might be able to obtain info on vitamins/ritalin?

Joe, I would be very careful taking any vitamin/ mineral or natural supplement with ahdh meds. I was taking vitamins with ritalin and I had unbearable moods swings to the fact i had to visit my doctor. I was suicidal and very uncomfortable. Just eat a good diet and use your meds accordingly and you are doing the best you can. Dont fill your body with more c*ap that you might not need.
