I don't know, could be or could be something else. Calling your doc is your best bet for odd symptoms like that.

Please call doc your doc right away. Could be nothing (I, and others I've read about here, got a tingly numb tongue), but it could be symptomatic of other problems.

It might be something benign, but those are also symptoms of a stroke.

I had the same thing happen. I went to a neurologist and had a ct scan and it was nothing. I don't think it's the adderall in my case. I had these same symptoms when I was about 18 yrs old. I have pressure in my gums on the left side of my face, my cheek, my left leg, and arm. It doesn't hurt or anything it's just annoying. I also have like a little floater in my left eye. It's weird. You need to go have this checked out just to be on the safe side.
