I have been taking Adderall for about 9 months. I was taking 30mgXR but have switched to 20mg twice a day of the normal generic Adderall. When I was on the XR I was constantly having the urge to tense my leg or my shoulders. It was like I had touretts. Since switching off XR's the problem is much better, but still have a few ticks. On the weekends I sometimes don't take it and there are no ticks. Has anyone had this expierience?

I belive it. I watched a show on HBO about touretts, and I was convinced I had it.
