Ok here is a recipe that even my VERY picky boy eats!

Saucy Pork Chops

4-6 good sized pork chops (boneless or not, doesn't matter)
1 can cream soup (my family doesn't like mushrooms, but again doesn't matter what kind you use)
1/4 cup catsup
4-6 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Oil to saute chops in

Saute chops in oil just til they turn white on both sides. In the meantime, mix everything else in a bowl and whisk together. Remove chops from pan after they are ready (only a couple minutes per side) and pour a small amount of sauce on the bottom. Put in the chops and cover with the rest of the sauce, layering if necessary. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes til chops are tender.

These come out so tender they are falling apart, so be careful removing them from the pan.

This recipe also works well with chicken and can be put in the crock pot--just put it all in the pot after done sauteing, and set on low for 4 hours or so. It can also easily be doubled. I have also done this with a pork roast in the crock pot.

The sauce makes an excellent gravy (sometimes I have to thicken it with a little flour and water) to pour over noodles, rice, or mashed potatoes.

Happy eating!
