Sorry I must toot my own horn here...lol
I have lost almost 30 pounds since the end of march and almost two months without smoking..
I have another 20 pounds to go before I am at my target weight of 190..
Also.. I have found that after my workouts that my ADD is a little easier to control, in fact I have lowered my dose of Retalin.
As soon as I closer to my target weight I am going to start lifting weights and hopefully talk my wife into letting take martial arts(I used to be into it when I was younger)..
This has been an interesting journey for me.. Before I started working out, I was one of those "sit in front of the computer all day" people. I still have to, but now I have some time allotted for exercising..
Before I was always moody and unpredictable, now I am much happier and I don't nearly as frustrated when doing something..
Anyway, I am rambling..
