I'm wondering if I'm the only one that get a better rest when his sleep is very light. Sometimes, I fall asleep in my bed with all my clothes and the light for some reasons (ex: supposed to work all night on a paper). I wake up a few times in the night. I wake up with much more energy in the morning than after a long deeply sleep. Often, I half wake up in the morning after a good night of sleep and I find my self sluggish for hours. But if I sleep during the day (a very light and disturbed sleep) I will have more energy after.
