Has anyone with hypertension found a combination that works? O please?

I am so effing discouraged and frustrated by all this. It seems I can get my brain to work or my body to work, but not both!

And the docs are so starry-eyed over the latest sales pitch from the pharmaceuticals companies, that they're just using us for guinea pigs without studying some of the other drug effects that the salespeople gloss over.

I'm about ready to weep or throw a temper tantrum...you know, the ADD on overload syndrome?

Beyond grumpy.

You might want to try a non-stimulant ADD med with hypertension. Strattera & wellbutrin fall into this class of medication.

Sadly enough, I've tried both and couldn't tolerate the side effects of either.

Have you tried any anti-anxiety meds or SSRI's like Celexa or Lexapro which help with anxiety?
