I have been hanging out here for only 2 weeks and I really feel that my spirits have lifted as I have been learning a trying to help people. Maybe it is just that misery loves company but I really do feel more at peace knowing that I am not crazy, that there are lots of others out there dealing with the same issues that I struggle with. It has made me happy just reading here and when I am happy, I seem to be a little less AD.
