Anyone have any recommendations for a good ADD doctor or psychiatrist in or near LA? I'm a bit overwhelmed trying to decide who to go with.

I know about feeling overwhelmed which is one reason it took me so long to get help. That's the catch-22 about ADDers (etc.) who know they need help: how does one organize themselves and seek help when the very abilities they need are compromised.

Don't seek the perfect doctor (like I would) but rather just go to someone who can diagnose, prescribe, and treat. I finally got some help and so far only regret it took me so long.
