I thought you ladies would find this interesting to read!

Women who get less than 5 hours a night (Sleep) are more likely to pack on pounds!
Here is the link! --> http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/12951802/

I have read multiple studies that have been done "on men" regarding this same issue, but it appears that it is much worse of a problem for women!

You poor ladies! Like you don't have enought to worry about already!!! :o

However, there is a bright note in the last paragraph, which seems to suggest that fidgiting helps control weight!

Shoot, if that was 100% correct, then you would think that we (All Of Us ADDers) would be skinny as rails, don't ya think?? :)

I hope you all enjoy the post! :)

Now, log off from here, and go get some decent sleep, so you can all be "Sleeping Beauties"!!! And then be "Awake Beauties" when you get up! LMAO :D

Peace,*~ §EEK ~*

Seek thanks for the article. I actually did read it and it was interesting.
I am glad that I get my 7 to 8 hours of sleep.
I was surprised that a person would gain weight if they didnt sleep enough.
My mother alway said if you sleep too much your not moving around so you are not burning of the calories ... who knew that sleeping 7-8 hrs would help against gaining weight. Thanks for the informative article Seek.:p:D;):foot:

Okay everyone... I know that sleep is very important for the brain and regenerate the body but lets also not forget the nutritional part of weight gain.

1. We all hear the saying " What you eat is what you will look like" or something to that effect. In a sense it is true, what you eat will affect your health.

2. Everything in moderation

3. Exercise is important.

Okay we all do need are 7-8 hrs of sleep yes that is important but dont forget the other factors of heath.:D
