ERT , i used the acronym rite?

Can i have complete details and procedures of this two therapies online? like what do they do in these therapies .. in serious detail. Each single step , each single question they ask .. i found a paragraph about few of the questions they ask , and now i dont even remember where i saw that!! ( ALERT! : I have no memory loss issues , till now atleast ) .. so any of you know &/or find it?

Im not sure that learning about CBT on line - I wouldnt know a good site from an awful one. My son is going to need behavioural therapy - he is on the waiting list to get some help now. I have taken advice from the specialists on how to help him through - can you get any professional help?
