There really isn't anywhere else I can just be me, without annoying the heck out of everyone. :-)

Of course, I may annoy some here too. I hope not. I'm told I come off as quite pompous sometimes, which totally shocks me. I just get enthusiastic about my interests. So, don't hesitate to call me on it if I seem like I am behaving that way, because while I'm not sure specifically what it is I do that leaves that impression, I'd like to figure it out and rectify it.

Me too, I totally agree. I feel safe, mostly, and not so isolated.

I can relate man, I feel ya knocking. I would also like to figure what it is I am doing or saying that causes that reaction.

Just wandering. Maybe they would at the virtual courthouse on the virtual island where my virtual castle is that my husband is going to buy me with all the virtual money he is going to win playing virtual poker. :rolleyes:

I know what you mean. I couldn't tell these hilarious jokes out in the real world. I'd be crushed when people didn't laugh. :( At least on here I can pretend that I am making someone laugh sometimes. :D
