2 ripe bananas frozen
1/2 cup ricotta cheese, part skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon sugar
In a food processor,combine frozen banana with remaining ingredients.
Using a steel blade, process until smooth.
Divide into 4 individual serving bowls and serve right away.
This dessert is as rich as ice cream and as smooth as frozen custard.
