My husband used to say, "You never see a motorcycle parked in front of a psychiatrist's office."
Until of course, me.
I ride. I turned 45 and bought myself a 1997 Shadow. I still have it.
I was always a second class citizen because everyone else I rode with had a Harley.
I graduated to a 1999 Fatboy. Mikuni carberator. LOTS of chrome.

Well I used to ride a 1966 Triumph Trophy modified from stock into a 9 foot chopper to therapy but that was years ago. I dream of the day I can ride again.
So tell your hubby its not just you ;), and my hubby refused to even think about his cycle license until he got his CDL. Now he is thinking "Why not? Its the only one I don't have" :D.

I started out on a Honda 50 as a teen. When I was about 20 I met my now husband who had a Yamaha and a year later I got my lic. and a SFX 250 Yamaha. I grew out of that in season and got a 750 Virgo.
I no longer have a bike, I'm 43 and there is always next year... ;) My husband has a Suzuki TL1000R. It's too big and too fast for me !!! Can't believe I'm saying that...lol....
