Okay so I"m not really sure which ritalin I am on. I Looked at the prescription bottle and it doesn't say. I take 2, 10 mg pills a day. And it seems to last about 3-4 hours with each dose. At the end of the day I am usually soo tired and exhausted... it sucks!

I'm just wondering if I should talk to my doctor about changing to a longer acting ritalin? Or maybe trying concerta?

If ritalin seems to be too short acting for you, then does concerta act better?

I was on adderal 20 mg xr, 2 times a day for 2 months but then it just kind of stopped working too. I think I may have developed a tolerance? After this I siwtched to ritalin and it seems to be working okay but could be better.
