Anyone out there try one of the simulated sunlight alarm clocks? They are supposed to turn a light on slowly to wake you up naturally like a sunrise instead of being jolted awake by blaring alarm.

if your problem is an out of whack sleep cycle... these can be helpful as they slowly supress the sleep signal in your body.
