I used to sleep walk as a child through to my early 20's. It stopped, with one bout in my late 20's and none since then. Til lastr night, I woke in the living room in the recliner at 4:30 am. I'm interested in seeing if this is going to be a trend or an isolated occurance.

Crissy, I used to sleep walk as a child or adolescence. I used to wake up in my clothes that I planed on wearing to school sometimes. I put them on in my sleep. Correctly too!
I am interested too if you will sleep walk again.

So far no other known incidences. Its kinda nice waking where I went to sleep.Did you ever notice if your sleep walking bouts were stress induced? I used to become worse or insomniac during stressful times.

My son started sleepwalking after Grandma died. It was weird--he would just get up and walk around the house. Once he got up, came into the kitchen where Mama and I were standing, proceeded to pee in the garbage can, then went back to bed! Fortunately, he almost never does this anymore (sleepwalk, I mean!)

Happened to me two or three times, then never again.
It's weird when it happens.
