if i use dexedrine 15 mg spansules two times a day mon-fri and cycle off every weekend....would it be better to not take anything or can i still use my no doz caffeine pills 300 mg per day on the weekend and then resume dexedrine on monday?

i am trying to not build a tolerance to the dexedrine and was wondering if i should just avoid all stimulants on the weekend or if still taking caffeine on the weekend would still give me enuff of a reprieve from dexedrine on the weekend ?

i have taken it daily for years and I don't develop any type of tolerance to it
