Hi,
Im new to the whole forum thing...personally i think it rocks. I might be ADD..dont know for sure tho..I would like to know what are the sysmtoms like...My friends tell me that i might be ADD..from what they have observed they tell me that i have a short attention span, cant read anything for more than 5 mins, spaced out and not listening when spoken to, disorganised, unsteady, very anxious, moody, can understand complex principles of chemical engineering (thats what i study)..however simple things go rite out of the roof, not doing well in exams( barely passing...what a contradicton),running away from responsibilities......and some others that i cant remember...so if anyone within this permeable circle has the above mentioned similarities before the diagnosis...lemme know....however looking at the issue skepticallly would imply a list contributed by slack and lack of interest...feel free to judge and debate...laters

The first thing to do is to go to a psychiatrist that speclializes in ADHD and get evaluated for ADHD.
What, out of Paws' list, are things you do?
