Is that normal? I feel like I am starving. I can eat and eat and eat and not get full. Will this wear off. I am already overweight I dont want to gain a bunch of weight.

yeah I have this problem as well. Coffee often caused me to become ravenously hungry (unlike most people for whom it is an appetite suppressant). Now Concerta does the same thing for me. Its not really a problem, in that I'm thin, but it is uncomfortable to deal with.
