This is spectacular dish one of my all time favorites !!!!!
;)
things you need
some linguni :D
at least a lb. of shrimp
1 tbsp each of salt, chili powder
1 tsp each of thyme leaves, oregano leaves, basil, black pepper, paprika, chervil.
1/2 tsp each of white pepper, cayenne pepper, safflower oil
1/3 cup of butter
3 minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Mix all dry ingediants together and set aside
Boil some water for the linguini
peel all the shrimp raw
heat the oil in a pan to very hot
Dust the shrimp in the spices and put in the oil for about 3-4 minutes
heat butter and garlic and lemon juice in skillet
remove pasta from strainer place in platter, pour juices over it , sprinkle with cheese and toss
top with shrimp and serve -this is even better the second day as the flavors marinate together
