I was upped from 36 to 54 and to be honest it has hardly done anything.
I see my doctor on Wednesday and I am wondering what will he do?

It's hard to say. He may increase the dose if he is comfortable with you being on a higher dose. He may also just try another medication all together.

How long ago was your dose changed? I know when my dosage got increased, it did take a few days to notice a difference

Why were you you changed from 36 to 54 or are you simply still in the "titrate up" stage with Concerta? What did you notice/not notice at 36? And did you notice anything at all at 54?
