Whenever I have a big project to complete at work, I procrastinate like crazy!

I made a commerical in Flash a month and a half ago and I need to update it by the end of week and I just can't get started. I literally CAN'T GET STARTED. I feel completely paralyzed to begin. I'm not fearful or in panic mode, just STUCK!

I've noticed that once I start the project, everything is fine and I do a good job.

I'm on stimulant meds, and it really helps with all the little things, but the big projects are still so painful...

Any one else experience this?

This happens to me every day! I know i need to start on a project but...i wait..and wait..
I lay in bed and think of how I WILL start tomorrow and then the next night lay awake and think the same thoughts!
Drives Me nuts!!
I think everyone is procrastinating responding to this too!!

Yes - horribly!!!!! I'd do the field work then get in the office to write the report and just sit there and think of everything else but the report.

I need help with this -BAD. If anyone gives you any tips on how to overcome this problem, please share!!!!

Also, a BIG YES to once I get started I'm fine and will blaze through the report in one sitting - UNLESS - I'm interupted - then it all ends and I'm back at the begining not being able to start back up.
