My psychiatrist reccommended me an absolutely amazing resource for really getting in touch with oneself and rationalizing ones emotions.

I have been working at it for a few days now, an hour a day or so and I am already starting to see all the patterns in my life and how I can potentially fix them. It has really helped me to see just how bad my self-esteem is and what I need to do to fix it. I also found it a great idea to re-read each page / module a few times to help it sink in. With my add I will read the whole page and forget it almost immediately so I have to read it at least a few times to get it to sink in.

just thought i'd throw it out to everyone. Please give it a shot and let me know what you all think of it.

just wondering if anyone's done this yet? it's a very helpful free tool and everyone suffering from any sort of depression / anxiety should really give it a go.

I started working at it. It's going slowly though...it doesn't hold my interest for long periods. Looks promising though!
