What has your experience with the SR tabs been? (Ritalin SR, Methylin XR...) Anybody use them?

Yer I got a box of Ritalin SR20s here. They were certainly alot stronger than the generic 10mg IRs i take, started after 1 hour and lasted for a full 8 hour buzz, then felt drained and crashed. Why?
