Hi everyone,

You've propably read my situation in one of 2 threads lately. But I want to ask everyone a question.

Has anyone had to explain ADHD to an attorney?

I get so nervous when I go into speak with them that I ramble really fast and propably don't make much sense.

The 2 attorneys I've met with so far both say I have something, but they don't seem very interested in the disability charge. The disability charge I think is the strongest and the one I want to teach my former employer a lesson with.

How can I better explain this to an attorney without having to do their work for them?

I've look this up and it is a clear cut case. I just don't want to do all the work just to give them 33.3%.

Any advise will help
Thanks

Print out the information you have found that explains your disability case and bring it with you to the attorney (2 copies). Give a copy to the attorney and use your copy to go over the information point by point...this way you won't miss any important information.
