My doctor had me on Adderall XR 25mg in the morning, and also Adderall IR 10mg at evening time if needed. I have been on both the XR and IR for a few months now, and I wanted to experiment with the other stimulants that are out there to see which would work best for me. He prescribed me Ritalin SR 20mg today, and I was wondering if the Ritalin SR 20mg is equivalent to the Adderall XR 25mg.
Also, is it ok to take the Adderall IR in the evening time after the Ritalin SR has worn off? Or should I avoid mixing the amphetamines and the methylphenidate?
