you all are infor it now one of my passions is cooking. i love trying and sharing new ideas.
4-6 apples
½ c sugar
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
Crust for two apple pies
Whip topping
Peal, core and chop apples. Combine apples, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Tossing gently until all ingredients are combined. Using a 5 inch bowl or cup, cut 10 circles or of the pie crust, saving the scraps. Press each circle into a large muffin tin. Divide apple mixture in each of the tins. Top with the scraps. Bake about 18-20 minutes or until bubbling. Serve warm with whipped topping, or icecream.
you can also use pie filling instead of the fresh fruit for even a quicker desert.
