I have been taking ritalin for 3 days now. (10mg, 3xday) it makes me kinda figidy(spell) normally when im about to peak. is this normal? is there a way to decrease your peak without decreasing dosage? and r u suppost to drink a lot of water?

Perhaps you might talk to your doctor about Ritalin SR (sustained release). There are less "peaks & valleys" associated with Ritalin SR.

Is that the same as Concerta? That's very expensive here in Holland.

Concerta is a different med (though also a stimulant med). Ritalin and Ritalin SR should probably be the least expensive of the ADD meds available.
