I previously was on Adderol but stopped due to sleep issues. I'm now (afer a 4 month break) on Ritalin and also Remeron for anxiety. The dr picked Remeron because it helps with sleep.

My problem is that the Ritalin isn't helping anywhere near as much as the Adderol was. Would it be too soon to call the dr and ask to be switched back? I've only been on Ritalin for 2 weeks at 15mg 2 times a day.

Hi I would call the dr and talk to him about it, cause he will either say you need to switch back or he may say give it a little more time, some meds take a little longer to start working....

what MGs where you on with the adderall? Maybe he just needed to lower you dose...
