Those are not free

Correct, but if you page down you will see the table of contents for a free, online ADHD e-book.

Go to

http://www.addforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=60130

and look for the essay "What is ADHD and how does it affect people?".

You will find both a free pdf by Barkley as well as a number of free videos.

Good luck,

Dizfriz

Andy I have a sticky in general with resources. http://www.addforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=84973&page=2

There are all sorts of articles and stuff you can read, watch, and listen to. Check it out. I just updated it so I think you'll be surprised at the good quality stuff there.

Thanks ginnie. I did check out the videos from the link you provided already. However I was looking for PDF's which I can read on my mobile. I guess anyways they are also available in the sticky thread you mentioned. Will check it out. Thanks!

Andi, there are quite a few good pdf's in there, just have to go thru the links. Actually, I'll go thru some of them and send you some of them.

I don't know if they are downloadable tho...

I've mostly been collecting these links because I see people frustrated for good information. Most people with adhd don't make tons of money and can't afford to pay thru the nose for information.

Good solid information about adhd that you don't have to pay library fines for, pay for a book that may or may not be any good, or pay some professional to dole out in tablespoonsfuls, is needed.
