is it true that after a certain ammount of dexedrine/adderall a ceiling is reached?
what i mean is that maybe 50 mg's of dexedrine will provide the maximum effectiveness when treating AD(H)D and anything above that is completely useless, or anything under that is just worthless, and also when using amp based ADD meds does the effectiveness slowly rise or lower after prolonged use or even stay the same?

well it is individual per person I think and when it comes to "tolerance" per say I think needing to add to it after years at the same dose versus needing to increase every 2 weeks is what there is a need for concern.... I know that at 90 mg per day and 55 mg as a child those doses may be "high" but per dose I may not be extreme... I burn long acting meds off fast... plus there is a liver enzyme test to see if the enzyme at that level is off kilter... I dont know the specifics but I was termed "fast metabolizer" based on that which is why I need a "high" dose
