I know where I am from it is if you have doctors orders but my best suggestion is for you to talk to your human resource department.

I may need to take some time off..and need to know what my options aredoes your componey have an employees assitance program, if so you need to contact them right away. If you do this they can get the ball rolling and get you some help or refer you to some help. this also covers you incase you need totake some time off. one thing about depression is now with different diagnosis it is being covered under some fmla, but it depends on the laws in your state. good luck and keep us posted
