I tend to have a huge problem with frustration. There is some points when I get so frustrated that I want to break something or someone. Things dont come easy to me so I get frustrated. I dont throw fit like a five year old I just have a huge scowl on my face instead. For example being in school make's me feel frustrated every day.

Not good, GS.

You'll prolly deal with a 'tad' more consequences, then just relieving 'frustration', if you ever do act on 'breaking someone'.

Seek professional psychiatric help for anger issues.

All I can suggest.

Low frustration thresh hold is an ADD trait. I too tend to get frustrated easily but have improved a lot sense treating my ADD.

I will pitch a fit like a five year old when it comes to small stuff like not being able to find the shoes I want or the car keys; however when it comes to huge things like difficult people, or like major betrayals I am just the opposite I tend to be very unemotional and rational. I wasn't able to be calm in the midst of major befuzzles until several years after my ADD treatment began.

I agree with Tamnms on this one, its an ADD trait. I burn the toast? I am pitching a fit about the stupid burnt toast, when there is another slice right there in the loaf to toast :o. Meds help with this a lot and so does therapy.
