Have you guys tried Pranayama

Pranayama is an aspect of Yoga (http://www.knowyoga.org/tiki-index.php?page=Yoga), that deals with breathing. Pranayama is a method of controlling prana or life force through the regulation of breathing. It is the breathing process or the control of the motion of inhalation, exhalation and the retention of vital energy.

Do these set of exersise for 2 to 6 months 30 mins each day and see the diffrence.

yes i understand the prana ie life force used it today in fact shold be intresting reading.....>thanks dorm
