How's the weather in Sweden this time of year?

it's snowing, but other than that it's been a wonderful day today!

We NEVER get snow here. I wish we did every now and then. Bot not too much. We can't function.

Love it, Love It, Love It! I've been to Birmingham before, It's beautiful there. Well, I remember the weather was nice...but the occasion was hardly pleasant having to bury my grandmother:eek: but I would still like to go back there someday.....So I'll See ya for Mardi Gras then? :D

Yeah that wouldn't be a fun time at all. It is nice. I love it here. It's my sercurity. I don't know that I would be able to move from here. It's the only place I have ever lived. When is Mardi Gras? I have only been once and I LOVED it, but I was only 18 so I couldn't REALLY enjoy myself. I would love to come again. We could just stay with you!!! :p

living in a really old mobile home that is in no shape to be moved...but must be very soon. Landlady is bipolar and has decided we are tyring to homestead this place. As if... not to mention the 10 inches of rain in the past 3 weeks...not gonna happen any time soon. Still doubt the place will hold together for the move. Might just become a bag lady...live outa my falling down 20 yr old mobile home in the ditch some where. And if anyone can get it moved...will be delighted.

we are having evening WIND right now....stormy nite...as it has been for the last 3 days. Hopefully this will be the last "summer" weather and fall will be here to stay.

we have had a VERY windy & cold day today. As much as all of are "fighting" it, we have to realized that yes, Winter is just around the corner!!

It certainly is---- I had to scrape ice off my car this morning and by this afternoon I had to open my car windows it was so warm.... I wish November would decide if it is winter or spring.....

yup - all my grocery shopping is done (except for vanilla - I couldn't believe how much they want for a little bottle!!!) Cats are happy again.

yes I agree. The last time I went to the store for vanilla, I could not believe how much they wanted for a SMALL bottle of it.

My older kitty, Tribble (16) only eats canned food. The young 'un, Emma, (1 1/2) eats only dry. go figure.....

Not a bit - for cats. Emma keeps trying to "cover" the canned food when I put it out to feed Tribble. It is quite funny. I tell her to take it to the litter box....

I had a cat that would play fetch with me. I would throw a waded up post it note(that was the only paper she would do it with) and the cat would bring it back to me, to throw again. It was pretty funny to watch

That's funny. Emma plays fetch with beads - the little plastic white ones with letters on them. She has about 50 of them in the well at the top of her scratching post. We throw them, and she brings them back. To get her out of my daughter's room I'll pop a bead on the floor and watch her come running.....

Mutt - Lhasa Apso and Terrier mix. Woman at work was to get her dog spayed; doggie got out; doggie got knocked up; doggie had 9 (!!) puppies; owner looking for good homes, we wanted a dog.....so we are getting a dog. Cute things, though.

How cute. So you get the fun of house training a puppy. That is the only reason I have not given in to my kids "please" to get a dog. We had a hard enough time potty training the kids...........now you want me to potty train a puppy??!!
