and your Adderall has worn off? How do you feel at the end of a day? Tired?

i could take a big o nap with no problems if my 7yr old wasnt with me. there is noway i could hit the gym i am on 60mg adderall and i take it at 730 in the morning and by the time i get home at 500 im beat

Some people say they take it once in the morning and once mid-day, maybe you should ask you doctor about that option. For better all day coverage.
