I noticed how little fat I was getting my diet per day, on average less than 20 grams a day, and that was for alot of years. Sometimes it would be less than 10 grams of fat per day. I didn't realize how bad an effect that could have on my mood until I read an article. I have OCD when it c omes to diet, and I thought getting the least amount possible was the best solution. .I think I was wrong

I noticed how much my mood improved last week when I had eggs and bacon both days on vacation (not going to do that again), but I got smart balance and have been having toast and my mood has increased markedly. I feel normal now. I have also modified my sleep schedule...just a heads up! eat some fat. It's essential
